Andrew Taranowski brings unmatched expertise to hospitality-focused real estate across Toronto, the GTA, and Ontario. His career includes roles as a trained chef, general manager, event coordinator, and sales professional, working within some of the most recognized casual fine dining and fine dining concepts in both Ontario and Quebec.
As the designer, builder, and owner of one of Richmond Hill’s top restaurants, which earned the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for six consecutive years, Andrew has firsthand insight into what it takes to operate, grow, and sustain a successful hospitality business. Alongside more than 30 years of experience negotiating restaurant purchases, sales, and commercial leases, he offers a perspective that blends deep operational understanding with real estate expertise.
Andrew launched Restaurant Realty to build a trusted, hospitality-driven resource for operators and owners. His goal is to simplify the process, provide industry-specific guidance, and connect clients with the right opportunities as they buy, sell, or expand within the evolving restaurant and hospitality market.
